Abstract

The Communist Party of China has experienced a process of development from ruling in partial areas to ruling of the whole country. The particular history of the CPC results in enriched and complicated ruling experiences of the Party. Through analyzing the partial ruling of the CPC before the establishment of the People's Republic of China and the transition from self-free ruling to self-conscious ruling in the 30 years since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC,we can sum up the ruling experiences of the CPC as follows:emphasizing the common aspiration of the people, the livelihood of the people, and democracy; making overall plan of economic, political, cultural and social development; properly dealing with the relationships between the ruling party and the regime, between the ruling party and participatory parties, between the ruling party and the society (the mass people),between the ruling party and law; strengthening the construction of the ruling capacity and progressiveness of the party.
