The Strategic Change of Our Country′s Hotel Industry and the Thought of the Sustainable Development

Hotel originates from ancient times,and China is one of the countries with the earliest hotel in the world.But compared with the international hotel trade,ours is still in the primary stage of development,and the overall benefit remains to be improved.This article makes a comparison of trade behaviors,trade management and other aspects between Chinese and Foreign hotel in order to implement the strategic change and the sustainable development of our country′s hotel,and proposes the following measures.First,we should promote the trade's advance to high level and effective centralization in order to speed up the process of hotel collectivization and enhance the industry level of scale economy.Second,we should lay a good foundation for the industry development to improve the supply level of human resources,capital and know-how information resources,and other elements of the industry.Third,we should perfect the mechanism of industry withdrawing and steadily carry out the solutions of reducing state's stake in listed companies in hotel industry.Last,we should encourage powerful enterprises to expand their business in the central and western areas of our country as well as the developing countries in order to relieve the state of the imbalance in the industry development,and promote the improvement of international competitive strength of our national hotel trade.
