Abstract
Objective To explore the possible target and molecular biology mechanism of Kang Xianling granule on prevention and cure renal interstitial fibrosis. Methods 72 specified-pathogens free SD rats,in which 54 of them were underwent UUO operation,were randomly divided into sham-operation group,model group,Kang Xianling(KXL) group and Losartan group.After curing for 14,21 and 28 days,we killed them to get nephridial tissues,applied PCR Array to determine the gene expression of CTGF. Results Compared with sham-operation groups,the gene expression of CTGF rose 7.12,8.26 and 6.55 times at model groups in different time points.All of them rose more than 2 times,showing significant difference.On the other hand,the gene expression of CTGF in Kang Xianling(KXL) groups declined 1.79,1.63 and 1.63 times compared with the model groups.All of them decreased more than1.5 times,showing significant difference. Conclusion One of the targets and molecular biology mechanisms of Kang Xianling granule to give play to resist renal interstitial fibrosis is effectively reducing the gene expression of CTGF.
