Abstract

The origin of the Cold War has been under sharp debate. But it must be recognized that the Cold War was out of comprehensive driving forces and it was inevitable. The lack of strategic cooperative bases caused confrontation between the two blocs on various front and the full-scale cold war. Among other things , such factors as the change of world political structure, the forming of the bi -polar pattern, the change of the political culture and perception based on the experience of the World War Two, the ideological difference are also consequential to the forming of the Cold War.
