Abstract
The cold war was the result of the combination and co-function of various factors. First, it was the result of the logic result of the strength抯 re-adjusting after World War II; second, it was the result of the conflict of the construction of new world system between the US and the Soviet Union. The war was the conflict of advantages between the two countries. Ideology was both the tool and the important content of the war. The cold war cannot be illustrated by a single or even subjective complication.
