Development in Pesticide Residues Analysis of Food

Abstract

Pre-treatment and analysis of pesticide residues in food and its recent development are reviewed.Solid-phase extraction,Solid-Phase micro-extraction,Supercritical fluid extraction,matrix solid-phase dispersion are applied widely in pre-treatment of sample.Gas chromatography,supercritical fluid chromatography,liquid chromatography-mass spectrum,and immunoanalysis were applied widely now in the determination of pesticide residues of food.
