Abstract
The present analysis for pesticide residues in fruit and vegetables is surveyed in details. The preparation of analytical sample and the determination method were reviewed. Some new techniques of sample preparation , such as supercritical fluid extraction and matrix soliddispersion have been applied. MS will be applied wildly in the analysis of pesticide residues. Atomic excitation detector has been developed rapidly in gas chromatography, and it will play an important role in multiresidue analysis of pesticides. Immunoanalysis has showed great potentialty in analysis of pesticide residues.
