Abstract
To investigate pesticide residue levels of organophosphorus pesticide, carbamate,organochlorine and pyrethroid in vegetables in Jilin province,all the eight kinds of four hundred and fifty samples were collected randomly in three seasons,and all the vegetables were conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis by gas chromatography.The results showed that the total detection rate of organophosphorus,organochlorine,carbamate,pyrethroid were 15.8%,52.7%,52.0%,.1% respectively,and exceeding rate of them were 10.0%,0%,6.2%,11.% respectively.In Jilin province,the higher detection rate of pesticide residues in vegetables,but the standard rate at a low level.Overall security risk is not high pesticide residues.Some vegetables,two or more pesticides were detected at the same time a higher detection rate.Some banned pesticides were still used and its safety is worth paying attention to.
