Abstract
This paper introduces the basic concept of elliptic curve cryptosystemand presents the elliptic curve diffle-hellman algorithm and elliptic curve digital signature algorithm, then describes the authentication and key agreement protocol for wireless communication based on elliptic curve cryptosystem, and gives some analysis on function. In this paper,we describe elliptic curve cryptosystem and evaluation method for the security protocol of wireless communication in detail.The analysis showes that elliptic curve cryptosystem,compares to RSA cryptosystem,is more suitable for the security protocol of wireless communication because of shorter key lengths and shorter signature size.
