Abstract
The application of a one-way hash function induces the identification scheme by Popescu (2000) to the digital signature scheme based on the elliptic curve in the paper. There is generally agreed high security by the elliptic curve discrete logarithms problem (ECDLP) and efficiency by the operation of the elliptic curve cryptosystem (ECC).
