Abstract
A GC method for the determination of acetamiprid residue in shallots was developed. Shallot samples were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up by Florisil SPE. The determination was conducted using gas chromatography (ECD) and the separation was performed on a HP-5MS column. The recoveries were 85.9-106.8%, coefficients of variation were 6.1-7.9% and the minimum detectable content was 0.01 mg/kg.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
