Abstract

Acetamiprid pesticide residues in cucumber were extracted with acetonitrile.Samples were cleaned up on a florisil column and determination was conducted using gas chromatography (μ ECD detection).Recoveries were 94.12 to 110.05%,coefficients of variation were 6.39 to 10.96%,and the lower limit of detection was 0.006 mg/kg.
