Comparative Research and Enlightenment of Student Affairs in Sino-foreign Colleges and Universities

Based on the analysis on the concept of student affairs services and student work in colleges and universities,this paper compares and researches the idea,organizational structure,work mode,service content,service staff of the student affairs in Sino-foreign colleges and universities,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the reform and innovation of the student affairs service of domestic colleges and universities.
