Abstract
The dynamic source of teachers' professional development is the consciousness of teachers' pro- fessional development,which is the first and primary problem of the procession of teachers' professional develop- ment.To cultivate this consciousness,the practical professional knowledge and skill should be deepened,and the teachers' profession attitude should be improved,the cooperative teaching and research should be pushed and the teachers' rights should be endowed with.
