Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides.[Method] By comparing with the traditional technology, the liquid ratio, the extraction time and the extraction power were selected to do the orthogonal test of ultrasonic-assisted extraction. Moreover, the extraction products in the optimization condition were analyzed by the infrared spectrum.[Result] The optimized technology of ultrasonic-assisted extraction method:extraction time 40 min, extraction power 100 W and liquid ratio 1∶ 20.The yield of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides was 4.724%.In addition, the infrared spectrum analysis result showed that the extraction products had the polysaccharides.[Conclusion] The ultrasonic-assisted extraction method was quick, efficient and saved the energy. Moreover, the extraction yield was high, and it greatly improved the utilization ratio of medicinal herbs.
