Abstract
The extraction technology of lycium barbarum polysaccharides was studied. The main factors were studied effecting the extraction of lycium barbarum polysaccharides by single factor experiments. And then, the optimum extraction conditions of lycium barbarum polysaccharides was studied by orthogonal experiment. The optimized conditions for the extraction of polysaccharides was obtained as follows: extraction temperature 90 ℃, material to water 1∶30(W∶V), extraction time 2 h, and the yield of Polysaccharides were 10.76% in optimum extraction conditions for one extraction cycle.
