Cultivation of the Comprehensive Ability of the Students in Higher Vocational Food Basic Chemical Experiment

The teaching reform of basic chemistry experiment of food was elaborated from the basic skills of comprehensive application of professional training,the experimental project training innovation design research ability,and a sequence of progressive training experimental teaching mode.Research capacity was achieved through the training of scientific research,the formation of a comprehensive experimental and research work of teachers involved in research to cultivatie students' scientific thinking and ability.Through the teaching reform of basic chemistry experiment,strengthen student's practical ability and comprehensive ability,the good teaching effect was obtained.
