Free Compulsory Education:A System Change of Realizing Compulsory Education Equality

Abstract

Free is the characteristic and connotation of compulsory education,is the foundation of the compulsory education equality,and also is the government's responsibility.Implementing free is the important milestone in our country's system change of compulsory education.Therefore,effectively renewing the idea and system of compulsory education and the practical performance is the key which the free compulsory education can smoothly advance and finally realize.
