Research on Extraction Technology Optimization of Radix Astragloside

Abstract

This paper does the experiment on Radix Astragalosi extraction method,such as sorbite extraction method,microwave extraction method,ultrasonic wave extraction method.The result demonstrates microwave method is the best method,which adds 10 times 70% alcohol to extract 40 minutes.The experiment also studies extraction dissolvent on effect of Astragaloside from alcohol concentration, quantity, extraction time,etc.The experiment uses spectrophotometric titration to determine the content of Astragaloside from extraction.
