Abstract

Objective To screen the optimum extraction technique of astragaloside. Methods The L_9(34) orthogonal table and content of astragaloside was employed to select the optimum extraction technique by medicinal materials’ grain size, extraction time and extraction time as the three main factors, and three levels are adopted for each factors. Results The optimum extraction technique was A_3B_1C_1. Conclusion The extraction technique is reliable.
