Abstract
Objective To compare the microscopic strabismus surgery and clinical treatment of traditional strabismus surgery. Methods From October 2012 to October 2013 in 60 cases of strabismus patients in our hospital as research subjects were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, the observation group, 30 cases were treated by microsurgery strabismus surgery, 30 cases in the control group, using traditional surgical treatment of strabismus. After treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the observation group total effective rate of 90.00%, total effective rate of the control group 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional strabismus surgery, strabismus surgery microsurgery better efficacy in the treatment of strabismus is a safe and effective treatment.[Key words] Microscopic strabismus surgery, Traditional strabismus
