Abstract

Based on the five steps of theory of constraints, the writers explain the reasons of delaying project scheduling in detail, puts forward corresponding measures, and analyzes and defines Critical Chain Method. It mainly encircles the idea that project must obey not merely local optimization but optimization on the whole. The writers catch the constraints of project scheduling to expound.
