Abstract

The traditional methods of project schedule management still have had a lot of problem, which are bad to the stability of the project plan and easy to the overthrow of the project plan and so on. Critical chain is a new kind of method of project management brought forward by Dr El GOLDRATT in 1997, which based on the theory of constraint, After the theory and the application of Critical Chain Project Management (It's abbreviation is CCPM) are introduced, a new kind of method of buffer' size calculated is designed. which can built the project buffer management mechanism that carries out the project duration dynamic management. The critical chain project management technology optimized by heuristic algorithm based on the prior rule is applied to scheme the best optimal duration of Multiple Resources Constrained Project Schedule Problem (It's abbreviation is MRCPSP), which solves the problems of the stability and the whole optimization of the project schedule.
