Abstract

The thesis reflects the important significance of project schedule management.Based on the five steps of Theory of Constraints, the writer explains the reasons of delaying the schedule of project in datail, and puts forward corresponding measures, especially stresses on its practicability. It mainly encircles the idea that project must obey not local optimization but optimization on the whole. The writer catches the constraints of project schedule to exporund.
