The Study on the Problems with the Scientific Design of Anti-corruption Institution and the Enhancement of the Executive Power of Institution

With the further strengthening of the Party Central Committee's anti-corruption and the stipulation and gradual improvement of a series of clean government system of the state,the subjective and objective factors of anti-corruption by institution have become mature.To prevent and punish corruption by institution is also the successful experience of human struggle against corruption and the fundamental path of anti-corruption.Anti-corruption construction needs great attention to institution design,and the institution design is based on the overall impetus,systematic construction,inter-constraint and interaction of the ruling Party and state to give prominence to the scientific institution design.Looking both from reality and history,we should focus on the restraint and supervision of power in the system design of anti-corruption.To carry out earnestly the construction of anti-corruption system,we must enhance the executive ability of system.The design,supervision and executive ability of system are a logic thinking that we must follow in promoting anti-corruption,punishing and preventing corruption,and the fundamental guarantee of further exploring an anti-corruption road.
