Factors Influencing the Executive Force of Anti-corruption System and Measures of Its Improvement

The Central Party Committee of CPC has been attaching great importance to the construction of anti-corruption system,and has built a set of comprehensive systems.However,in some local departments,the phenomena of disobeying orders and defying prohibitions is nothing new now,and cases of corruption are still large in number.The reason,to a large extent,is that the system of anti-corruption lacks effective implementation or the executive force is not powerful.To be more specific,the executive force is strong in the high level government,but weak in the lower level government.What's more,the executive officials tend to avoid the difficult missions and choose the easy tasks,change views according to the circumstances,act the role of Mr.Nice and adopt pragmatism.Executive force of anti-corruption system is a kind of comprehensive and systematic ability.It will be influenced by executors' psychological attitudes,scientific system itself,perfect execution and supervision mechanism and external environment where the system is implemented.Meanwhile,all these factors are interrelated and play the joint role in the executive force of the anti-corruption system.In order to improve the executive force,it's essential to actively create organizational culture of possessing good executive consciousness,build a scientific and sound anti-corruption system,strengthen the rigidly constraint execution and supervision mechanism,and cultivate social atmosphere of advocating honesty and cleanness so as to realize the clean government and good governance in the whole society.
