On Reform of Teacher Education from the Perspective of Teacher's Professionalization

Teacher's professional development is both the objective demand of modern educational development and the in- ternal requirement of the teachers'personal development.Thus we must improve the teacher's profession by reforming teacher education.In light of this,the present paper makes an effort to analyze the connotation and meaning of teacher profession.On the basis of it,some strategies to reform teacher education are also disclosed from aspects of establishment of teachers'majors,optimization of curricular structure,elevation of teachers'educational levels,integration of pre-serv- ice and in-service of training,and setting up teacher's professional development schools.
