Abstract
Objective:To determine the contents of SOD and amino acids in Ge-enriched mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum and explore the optimum dosage of GeO_2 in culture medium. Methods:The contents of amino acids were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography and SOD was determined by nitroblue tetrazolium photoreduction method. Results:Adding GeO_2 400 mg·L~(-1) to the culture medium the contents of amino acids and SOD in Ge-enriched mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum increase by(54.34)% and 16.73% respectively over normal mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum. Conclusion:It provides a firm foundation for application of Ge-enriched mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum.
