Abstract
Enriched germanium abilities of seven edible and medicinal fungi were studied, the results shows that the ability of enriched germanium by Ganoderma lucidum is better than those of the others. By adding different contents of germanium in different media, the dry mass of hypha and the contents of germanium, SOD, protein in mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum were studied. The results indicates that by adding GeO2 2000 mg/L to the medium, the dry mass of hypha attained is 31.6 g/L and the contents of SOD, protein, germanium are 175.6 μ/g, 225 mg/g, 7951μg /g , respectively.
