Abstract

Objective Clinic evaluation of prostate biopsy with automatic biopsy gun by transrectal ultrasound guidance in diagnosis for prostate cancer.Methods 1.Positive results in digital rectal examination(DRE).2.Transrectal ultrasound shows hypoechoic nodes,4 ng/mlPSA10 ng/m.3.102cases(PSA10 ng/ml)were used the six standard sites prostate biopsy with transrectal ultrasound guidance.Results 39 cases were diagnosed prostate cancer in 102 cases.There were not serious complications in the prostate biopsy patients.Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound-guided automatic needle prostate biopsy gun for multi-point to provide a clear clinical diagnosis of prostate cancer,safe and more successful rate for sampling in diagnosis for prostate cancer.
