Logistics Training in China:Current Status,Prospect,and Countermeasures

In view of the many problems existing in the logistics personnel training in China,including imbalanced development of training organizations and personnel,irregular practice in logistics professional certification,insufficient emphasis on practicality in higher education and research institutions,etc.,the paper points out that only through the cultivation of modern logistics understanding and skills,helping the trainees overcome barriers against the reception of modern logistics ideas,through winning government support,and through making a point of the selection and training of logistics training specialists,can logistics training grow with the expansion of market demands.
