Study on Reforming the Talent Training Mode of Logistics Management

As a new service industry,the logistics has been placed by the Chinese government into the key ten planning industries for adjusting and invigorating,and it will enter into the comprehensive adjustment stage.With the rapid development of the logistics industry,the demand for the high-level logistics management talents is increasing;especially the strategic-type logistics personnel will be even scarcer.College graduates are a major source of logistics talents,while present,China's logistics education in colleges is at the exploratory stage,and there are many problems.China's colleges should first seriously analyze the contradiction between supply and demand of logistics management personnel,and make a deep investigation and study on the skills that the logistics personnel should posses,and then integrate their own resource,determine the professional position accurately,highlight its own characteristics,construct the course system scientifically,reform and innovate the teaching methods and practice models boldly and unceasingly,and train the logistics management personnel with innovative spirits and practical abilities who can be adapted to the development of modern logistics.
