Abstract
In this paper,Inonotus sanghuang was a new medicinal fungus,of which the SH2101 strain was used as tested objects, and its biological characteristics of mycelia were studied. The result showed that the suitable mycelium growing temperature was 15- 30 ℃,and the optimal temperature was 30 ℃. The pH value for mycelium growth ranged from 4 to 9,and the optimum pH was 6. It got a wider range of the carbon sources utilization including monosaccharide, disaccharides and polysaccharides. The optimum carbon sources were corn flour, dextrose, saccharose, maltose and mannitol. The utilization of organic nitrogen was better than that of inorganic nitrogen, and the optimum nitrogen sources were beef extract and peptone.
