Abstract
Objective To explore the methods of early diagnosis of endobronchial tuberculosis(EBTB).Methods Chest X-ray,CT and fibreoptic bronchoscopic finding 21 cases of EBTB were retrospectively analyzed. Results The tuberculous focus didn't found in X-ray and CT in 21 cases of EBTB.The bronchoscopic result proved that inflammatory infiltration type were 9 case, granulomatous lesion were 2 case, stenotic lesions 5 case, ulcerative lesions 4 case, and roughly normal 1 case.Examined results of acid-fast bacillus were as follows:positive of bronchoscopic brushing smears was 85.7%,bronchial biopsies was 47.6%, sputum acid-fast staining was 13.3%.Conclusions The bronchoscopy is effective means of diagnosis for EBTB,bronchoscpic brushing smears examination for acid-fast bacillus and biopsy are reliable diagnostic way for EBTB.
