Abstract

Objective:To investigate the relationship s between the recrudescence abortion and chromosome aberration. Methods:Chromosomal karyotypes of 1 057 patients with spontaneous abortion or embryo growth ceasing or with bearing malformation child history was analyzed by using G-banding after culture of periphery blood lymphocyte. Results:Out of the 1 057 patients with abnormal child-bearing history abnormal chromosomal karyotypes were detected in 88 patients, accounted for 8.33%.Conclusions:Chromosomal abnormalities is one of the the important factors leading to the abnormal child-bearing.It is necessary to examine cromosomal karyotypes in pregnant women with abnormal child-bearing history for bearing and rearing better children.
