Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of chromsosmal abnormalities on pregnacy. Methods: Chromosomal karyotypes were examined in 489 patients with spontaneous abortion or embryo growth ceasing or bearing malformation child history by periphery blood lymphocyte culture and G banding. Results: Chromosomal abnormalities were checked out in 24 patients (4.9%), including 20 patients with spontaneous abortion or embryo growth ceasing and 4 patients with bearing malformation child history. Conclusion: Chromosomal abnormalities play an important role in badness pregnancy.
