Abstract

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the abnormal childbearing history and chromosome aberration. Methods :Chromosomal karyotypes of 2174 patients with spontaneous abortion or embryo growth ceasing or with bearing malformation child history was analyzed by using G-banding after culture of periphery blood lymphocyte.Analysis the relationship between the fragrances of abnormal child-bearing,gender and Chromosomal abnormality detection rate.Results:142 patients with abnormal chromosomal karyotypes were detected from 2174 patients.Chromosomal abnormality detection rate of different reasons was not significant. The fragrances of abnormal child-bearing and gender′s chromosomal abnormality detection rate had a significant difference. Conclusion :Chromosomal abnormalities is one of the the important factors leading to the abnormal childbearing. The examination of chromosomal karyotypes can provides effective evidence for clinical diagnoses of patients with abnormal childbearing history.
