Pondering about the Construction of Teaching Quality Monitoring System of Higher Vocational Colleges

This article has analyzed the quality of teaching(appraisal) and the monitoring system's connotation,the necessity and function of its construction and running,elaborating certain principles which implementing teaching quality monitoring should follow.Basing on this,we can establish and consummate the quality of teaching monitoring system.By carrying on the synthesis inspection and scientific appraisal to teaching link's situation and the construction condition, promoting teaching profession health development,raising the teachers' teaching level and the teaching management level,strengthening the bilateral interaction between teaching and studying,we can guarantee the teaching quality of higher vocational college.
