Abstract
The construction of the effective teaching quality monitoring system is of great significance to smooth teaching process,normative teaching administration and better teaching quality.This essay analyzes the issue in the aspects of strengthening the monitoring and administration of the teaching quality,establishing right quality concept,completing the monitoring and administration department and the supervision organization for teaching quality,carrying out overall teaching quality management system,formulating scientific evaluation criteria and emphasizing the monitoring of in-campus practice together with off-campus internship in real workplaces.
