Abstract

The chemical constituents of the fruits of Citrus medica L.were isolated and purified by silica gel,sephadex LH-20 and RP C-18 chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated mainly by NMR and MS evidences.Thirteen components were obtained and identified as limettin (Ⅰ),scopoletin (Ⅱ),β-sitosterol (Ⅲ),obacunone (Ⅳ),nomilin (Ⅴ),limonin (Ⅵ),isoobacunoic acid (Ⅶ),hesperetin (Ⅷ),daucosterol (Ⅸ),1-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(2S,3S,4E,8E)-2-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxyhexadecanoylamino]-4(E),8(E)-octadecadiene-1,3-diol (Ⅹ),pruning (Ⅺ),naringin (Ⅻ),hesperidin (■).
