Abstract
Thinking way of teachers is an internalization in teachers as subject of educational teaching with a special social practice method and the change of educational development determines the change of thinking way of teachers. With the further development of the reform of basic-education curriculum and the strengthening of reform trend in such aspects as curriculum, teaching and culture of school, such problems as abstraction and duality opposition in traditional teaching way of thinking have been exposed and can't adapt to the development of social practice, which requires the thinking way of teachers to shift and enhance accordingly. Attention must be paid to process of teaching, creativity and personality of students when teachers change and improve their thinking way in the context of new curriculum.
