Analyzing the Reason of Government Failure and the Improvement

Government failure always exists in the process of public policy making and policy enforcement.It is the following reasons that lead to government failure: moral hazard of principal-agent relation,the masses act of free riding,the failure of multi-principal-agent relation,the irresistible defect of democratic process,and some uncertainty factors in the government operation.It is these reasons that cause the congenital defect of the public policy,also,the factors such as the inefficiency of public policy,the inefficiency of the policy-enforcement organs and overstaffing,the interest group′s game playing and rent seeking.The key to solve the problems is to find out the remedy to the cases.
