Abstract
The model of aplastic anemia was formed by injecting 50.0mg· kg-1 cyclophosphamide and 62.5 mg kg-1 chloramphenicol for three days on the fourth day after the irradiation with 3.0 Gy 60Co- γ rays. The hemogram showed all indices conformed to aplastic anemia, that is, there was a remarkable decrease in three types of cells (P0.05 or P0.01 ) and in marrow hyperplasia and there was a distince increase in lipocytes. Haematogenous cell capacity was less than 20%. The model is established simply and easily with a high success rate.
