Effect of Bushen Jianpi Decoction on Osteoporosis during Climacteric

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of bushen jianpi decoction combined with calcium tablet on cell gene.bone density and sex hormone level of osteoporosis during climacteric.Methods:80 cases with osteoporosis during climacteric were randomly divided into the treatment group(40 cases)and the contrast group(40 cases).Both groups were treated by calcium tablet 300mg once,three times per day.The treatment group was treated by bushen jianpi decoction additionally.The period of one course treatment WaS four weeks and both groups were treated by two courses.The value of some indexes before therapy,4 weeks and 8 weeks after therapy were observed respectively.Results:The comparison of ache improvement between two groups was P0.01.The comparison of TNF-α,E2,IL-4 and IL-6 between tow groups was P0.01.Conclusion:The curative effect of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than that of calciumtablet only.
