Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of portography with dual-source CT.Methods 21 normal people and 43 cases with portal vein diseases had were performed dual-source CT portography by Test Bolus respectively. The grades of normal portal vein and the feature of portal vein diseases were analyzed. Results The normal group 1-5 grade structure of portal vein could be clearly displayed,28 cases portal hypertension with varix,4 cases cavernous transformation of portal vein,9 cases portal vein embolism,(1 cases of them had hepatic artery-portal fistula),2 cases portal vein stenosis after liver transplantation. Conclusion The portography of dual-source CT is reliable and has no traumatic method examining portal vein. The method has certain clinical application values.
