Abstract
Objective:To analyze value of detecting high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),creatine kinase(CKMB),troponin I(cTnI)and interleukin-35(IL-35)levels in diagnosis of viral myocarditis. Methods:A total of 97 patients with viral myocarditis were enrolled as study group.85 cases of healthy people were selected as control group during the same period.Serum hs-CRP,CK-MB,cTnI and IL-35 levels of the two groups were compared. Results:The hs-CRP,CK-MB,cTnI positive rate was significantly higher in the study group than that in the control group,(P0.05);serum hs-CRP,CKMB,cTnI levels of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05).Sensitivity of cTnI was significantly higher than that of hs-CRP and CK-MB;sensitivity of hs-CRP was significantly higher than the sensitivity of CKMB;specificity of cTnI was significantly higher than that of CK-MB and hs-CRP,specificity of CK-MB was significantly higher than that of hs-CRP;serum IL-35 levels of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Serum hs-CRP,CK-MB,cTnI and IL-35 can be used as an important indicator for the diagnosis of viral myocarditis.
