Abstract

Objective:To investigate the joint detection of cTnI,CK-MB mass and hs-CRP in pediatric viral myocarditis(VMC).Methods:All patients were divided into three groups:Viral myocarditis group(VMC,n=60),suspected viral myocarditis group(NVMC,n=57)and healthy control group(n=62).Five mL of venous blood was extracted, the serum levels of cTnI,CK-MB mass and hs-CRP were determined. Results:In VMC group hs CRP,CK-MB mass and cTnI levels were significantly higher than those of NVMC group and control group(P0.05).hs-CRP in serum disappeared quickly, and existence time of cTnI was the longest.hs-CRP showed the highest sensitivity(75.0%)and cTnI showed best specificity(89.4%).The sensitivity of combination detection was 93.3%,specificity was 96.5%and the accuracy was 94.9%.Conclusion:Joint detection of cTnI,CK-MB mass and hs-CRP is accurate in diagnosis the pediatric viral myocarditis.
