Abstract

OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical manifestations of drug-induced adverse reactions for rational drug use.METHODS 124 cases reports of Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) were analyzed.RESULTS 124 ADR case reports were associated with 42 drugs. The rate of the advarse reactions caused by anti-infective drugs ranks first-70.42%.The ADR given via intravenous route were maximum-73.24%,the female patients are more than the male. Most of ADR were found in the skin and its appendages, nervous systen and digestive system.CONCLUSION The occurrence of adverse reactions to drugs was related to patients, drugs and route of administration. We should intensify monitoring of ADR in order to ensure the safety, effectiveness and rationality of drug usage.
