Abstract
Objective:To analyze the characteristics and laws of adverse drug reactions(ADR) and to promote rational drug use.Methods:126 cases of adverse drug reaction reports were analyzed.Results:62 kinds of drugs were involved in ADR.The majority of ADR occurrence was related to anti-infective drugs,the second was Chinese traditional medicines.92 cases of ADR were induced by intravenous injection(73.02%).Skin and its adjunct were likely to be the most affected organ,and the digestive system damage was also very common.Conclusion:In order to improve the awareness of clinical drug safety for doctors and ensure safe use of drugs in patients,ADR monitoring should be strengthened.
