Analysis of 100 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions

Abstract

Objective To analyze adverse drug reactions(ADR) the characteristics and incidence,clinical provide scientific basis for rational use of drugs.Methods First People's Hospital of Shangqiu from July 2009 to October 2010 occurred 100 cases of adverse drug reactions in patients with clinical data,clinical manifestations of ADR,drug type,route of administration were retrospectively analyzed.Results l00 cases of ADR reports,the highest rate in the elderly,accounting for 60%;caused by ADR is the major route of intravenous administration,accounting for 74%;ADR most common clinical manifestations of damage to skin and its appendages,the main symptoms whole body rash,urticaria.Conclusion To carry out the monitoring of adverse drug reactions is to strengthen drug management,improve the quality of drug use and to ensure rational use of drugs people are an important safety measure.
